We need a leader with the heart of a servant, who is willing to put the good of the team above their own needs; managers are expected to work alongside their team, supporting them in daily operations so that everyone can win.

Duties:

·Supervise daily operations (resolve customer complaints, employee absences, collaborate with the veterinarian team to resolve complex cases, etc).

·Ensure that PetWOW’s company culture is maintained and nourished. This involves:

• Assisting with new hires and their training.
• Commending and supporting team members who excel.
• Coaching up team members who are struggling to meet our standards.
• Conducting job terminations with dignity and respect. 
• Hold weekly and quarterly reviews with direct reports.
• Fill roles and shifts when necessary.     

Requirements

• 2+ years in a leadership role at previous place of employment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Physical fitness: the role is very demanding. Managers must be able to restrain large animals, help assist carrying heavy loads, and be on their feet for extended periods of time.
• Previous experience in the veterinary field is preferred.
