Tool and Die CNC Machinist

Location: Georgetown, KY – Must be a US Citizen or current green card holder.

Your Role as a Tool and Die CNC Machinist:

• Interpret customer prints, engineering specifications, and layout results.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble dies, molds, jigs, fixtures, etc.
• Troubleshoot die and mold quality issues.
• Make judgment calls on tool repairs.
• Operate tool room equipment such as lathes, mills, surface grinders, drill presses, etc.
• Read all measuring tools (mics, calipers, indicators, scales, height gages, etc.).

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table:

• Minimum of 3 years machinist/tool and die work experience.
• Technical or trade school experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Requirements:

• Adherence to safety rules.
• Flexibility to work any shift.
• Successful completion of a hair follicle drug test, background check, E-Verify, and physical.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled and dirty environment (working with graphite).
