Thermo Machine Operator

KMG Fabrication is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Thermo Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining thermoforming machinery, ensuring the production of high-quality parts, and adhering to all safety and quality standards.

• Set up, operate, and monitor thermoforming machines to produce components according to specifications.
• Follow quality standards and specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
• Load raw materials into the machine and handle finished products efficiently.
• Identify and resolve issues during the production process to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including material usage, production output, and machine performance.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and improve processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating thermoforming or similar machinery in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Basic understanding of machine mechanics.
• Strong focus on quality control and precision in producing components.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as required.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues in the production process.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
