Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to quality control and safety standards throughout the production process
• Engage with visitors to share the history and stories of Willett Distillery, enhancing their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the distillery and tasting room areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service during tours and tastings at the distillery.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in product quality and adherence to safety standards.
• Assist in the production and bottling processes of our award-winning bourbon. 

Requirements

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, embodying the principles of southern hospitality.
• Passion for the wine and spirits industry with a genuine interest in bourbon.
