Client Services Representative
As a Client Services Representative (CSR), you will play an integral role in client relationship management and provide critical support to our Financial Advisors. This position requires a Series 65 license. You must bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently within a team environment. The career path of this role can evolve into a service advisory role, it is important that you develop a deep understanding of the financial advisory business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new and additional client accounts by preparing necessary documentation, explaining processes to clients, and ensuring all client information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Documentation & Record Maintenance: Maintain thorough records of client interactions and communications, ensuring all information is updated in our CRM system (RedTail).
- Client Requests: Respond promptly and efficiently to client inquiries, striving to develop a comprehensive understanding of each client's goals and requirements over time.
- Client Review Meetings: Prepare materials for client meetings, such as performance reports and financial planning documents. You will also update the CRM with follow-up tasks and assign these to the appropriate team members.
- Marketing & Client Communications: Support recurring newsletters, marketing events, and social media posts while ensuring all communications adhere to the company’s compliance guidelines.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain a professional and supportive relationship with all clients, managing their requests and concerns with the utmost professionalism and efficiency to ensure positive outcomes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant industry certifications and experience are highly valued. Series 6 is a must.
- Experience in a financial advisory or wealth management role with proper SEC registration.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements in the financial industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in financial software, CRM (RedTail), and custodian systems (Schwab, Raymond James).
