Project Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

As a Project Manager at Franchise Empowerment, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of franchising and business development projects. You will work closely with our clients, internal team, and external partners to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all predetermined objectives. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize competing tasks will be critical in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate project activities and ensure project milestones are met
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify project objectives
• Create and manage project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular progress updates
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the franchising or business development industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
