Plant Manager – Leadership Role in Manufacturing Expansion
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead a 45-person manufacturing facility through a rapid production scale-up. Your goal: 2-3x output in 6-9 months. You’ll solve operational challenges, hire a support team, and guide the company through significant growth.

Requirements
Key Requirements:
- B.S. in Engineering
- 15+ years of experience with proven plant management success, including 24/7 manufacturing experience
- Strong leadership track record
- Passion for building and scaling operations
