The Role:

Congo Brands is seeking an Operations Administrator with experience in ERP implementation and proficiency in data gathering, analysis, and manipulation. The Operations Administrator primarily involves overseeing the maintenance of NetSuite solutions within our organization and addressing ad hoc requests through meticulous analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and a solid understanding of database/PowerBI administration and management. The Operations Administrator opportunity offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the optimization of our data systems and drive informed decision-making processes within the department as a whole.  

This role is on-site at our Louisville, KY headquarters. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate to roll out NetSuite solutions, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure NetSuite modules, and customize workflows to meet business needs.
  • Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any implementation issues or discrepancies.
  • Respond promptly to ad hoc data requests from various departments, extracting relevant data from diverse sources including databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems.
  • Utilize advanced Excel techniques, such as pivot tables, formulas, and macros, to analyze large datasets and generate insightful reports.
  • Interpret data findings and translate complex analyses into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify KPIs and metrics relevant to their objectives, and develop custom reports to track performance and monitor progress.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, and data quality optimizations.
  • Actively participate in project meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums to contribute ideas and insights for driving organizational growth and efficiency.

 

Key Skills and Experience Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or Business related field.
  • Proven experience ERP implementation or module roll outs, configuration, and administration entry level to three years of experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, and manipulation.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
