The Role:
Congo Brands is seeking a NetSuite Administrator, Finance and Accounting to join the team full-time. The NetSuite Administrator, Finance and Accounting will be a key member of the Congo Brands NetSuite Team, playing a critical role in the continued implementation of NetSuite functions and optimizations. This role encompasses both administrative and support-related responsibilities. The NetSuite Administrator, Finance and Accounting will serve as the subject matter expert and primary project manager for functional implementations and will support future integrations of sister companies. The NetSuite Administrator, Finance and Accounting is entrusted with providing strategic and tactical enhancements/solutions to further the company’s vision and success using NetSuite tools and capabilities. Collaboration with various business units, building process flow diagrams, and providing technical support for the NetSuite Systems are essential.

This is an in-office, full-time position at Congo Brands HQ in Louisville, KY.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead NetSuite strategic and functional implementations, partnering with other members of the NetSuite team, implementation consultants, and business unit stakeholders.
  • Provide direct and indirect leadership and management of technical and business unit resources.
  • Support integrations into NetSuite utilizing middleware and API integrations.
  • Become a subject matter expert in overall internal business processes and systems.
  • Advise leadership in translating business needs to NetSuite configuration and work with implementation teams to develop successful solutions.
  • Drive user testing, management, and training.
  • Perform day-to-day operations, maintenance, support, and troubleshooting activities related to back-end system management and front-end user portal.
  • Support and manage the change management and release process for NetSuite.
  • Manage configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards.
  • Develop or work with developers to build solutions that meet changing business requirements.
  • Lead future stand-up of business information tools on top of the NetSuite instance.
  • Create workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, KPIs, etc.
  • Develop processes to streamline the onboarding of new customers and vendors.
  • Lead and train system analyst(s) within functional business units who are responsible for being day-to-day power users.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to determine future customizations and optimizations within NetSuite.
  • Advise leadership teams on key business decisions and their impacts on the company’s NetSuite instance.

 

Key Skills and Experience Preferred:

  • 3+ years of NetSuite Administration experience.
  • Integration experience (Celigo, API, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, AP Automation, and supply chain management within NetSuite.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes, including an understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and cost management.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Excellent collaborator and relationship builder, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent planning, root cause analysis/problem-solving, and organizational skills.
