Machine Operator (2nd shift)

Join New Flyer as a Machine Operator on our 2nd shift and be a key player in our manufacturing process. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various machines to produce high-quality parts and components. Your attention to detail and technical skills will ensure that we meet our production goals while maintaining the utmost quality standards. 4pm-2:30am Monday-Thursday. $23.02/hr plus $1.50 shift differential!

• Operate and monitor machinery during the 2nd shift to ensure efficient production.
• Set up machines according to specific job requirements, including necessary tooling and adjustments.
• Conduct inspections of finished products to verify adherence to quality standards.
• Document production output and maintain accurate records, including any deviations or issues.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Experience with operating and maintaining machinery, specifically for production purposes.
• Strong focus on safety protocols and quality assurance.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
