The Role:  

This is an in-office, full-time position at Congo Brands HQ in Louisville, KY. 

A Logistics Transportation Coordinator is responsible for routing shipments accurately, assist in tracking loads and verifying delivery, and ensure all proper paperwork is received for documenting completed shipments. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate transportation to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.   
• Preparing BOLs and verifying invoices  
• Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to verify accuracy.   

Key Skills and Experience Preferred: 

• 2+ years of logistics or transportation industry experience  
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills  
• Proficient at time management and good organizational skills   
• Very detail oriented  
• Understanding common obstacles and solutions in supply chain   

• High school diploma required.  
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
