Job Description:
The Lien Resolution Analyst plays a crucial role in our lien resolution process. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing medical liens, negotiating lien reductions, and ensuring accurate resolutions that maximize our clients' recoveries. Additionally, you will communicate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and attorneys to gather necessary information and documentation.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. This role requires effective communication and negotiation skills to successfully resolve liens and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and review medical liens to identify opportunities for reductions and resolutions.
- Research and gather necessary information, including medical records and insurance documentation.
- Negotiate lien reductions with healthcare providers and insurance companies.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of all lien resolution activities.
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to gather required information and provide updates on lien status.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices related to lien resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Experience in lien resolution or related field is a plus.
