Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights
• Conducting pre-flight safety checks and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the flight
• Assisting passengers with boarding and deboarding procedures
• Serving food and beverages to passengers as per airline standards
• Handling passenger inquiries and resolving any issues that arise
• Maintaining a clean and organized cabin environment during and after flights

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English and any additional languages are a bonus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Team player with a positive attitude
• DAA (Duties of Attendants) certification or the willingness to obtain it
• Must be at least 18 years of age and meet the height and reach requirements for cabin crew
