Responsibilities
- Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights
- Conducting pre-flight safety checks and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the flight
- Assisting passengers with boarding and deboarding procedures
- Serving food and beverages to passengers as per airline standards
- Handling passenger inquiries and resolving any issues that arise
- Maintaining a clean and organized cabin environment during and after flights
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English and any additional languages are a bonus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude
- DAA (Duties of Attendants) certification or the willingness to obtain it
- Must be at least 18 years of age and meet the height and reach requirements for cabin crew
