Financial Analyst - T&E

The Role:

We are searching for a career-oriented team member for the Finance Department. The Financial Analyst – T&E will report to the Senior Financial Analyst, SGA. This role will be critical to the functioning of the company’s travel and expense system, customer service, compliance, and analysis.

The individual in this role will be a meticulous innovator who has a desire to join a growing team and collaborate with stakeholders across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to 1,000+ employees by responding to inquiries and troubleshooting issues
• Assist with managing T&E system data, configuration, feature updates, and user acceptance tests
• Audit and review company sponsored card and employee reimbursement activity
• Assist with delivering compliance and financial reporting metrics
• Assist with maintaining T&E website content, standard operating procedures, and training materials
• Support the Senior Financial Analyst, SGA in managing special projects and initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (equivalent experience accepted)
• Finance/accounting or relevant experience preferred
• CPG industry experience preferred
• Understanding of T&E systems preferred
• Ability to retain and understand multiple policies and procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain findings
• Capable of collaborating and communicating with employees
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge
