Electrical Assembler

As an Electrical Assembler at KMG Fabrication, you will be responsible for assembling electrical components and systems for our custom fabrication projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a strong understanding of electrical systems and schematics.

• Assemble electrical components and systems according to engineering specifications and drawings.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
• Install electrical components.
• Ensure all assemblies meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and products.
• Document work processes and any modifications to electrical systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Assembler or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and schematics.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, soldering equipment, and testing instruments.
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
