POSITION SUMMARY

The E-Commerce Site Merchandising Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the end-to-end operations of our eCommerce business. Responsibilities will encompass order management, business development, customer service, inventory management, pricing strategy, and collaboration with various departments within NFI Parts. This multifaceted role requires a dynamic individual with the ability to navigate the complexities of the eCommerce landscape, ensuring seamless customer experiences and operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Own the entire order management process including order entry, shipment confirmation, returns, and various other processes.
  • Coordinate with Parts Operations, Procurement and Planning, Business Systems and other teams to develop process improvements and ensure maintenance of eCommerce platforms.
  • Oversee product pricing and identify opportunities to grow product sales and margins with pricing increases or decreases.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce team on new product development including identifying new opportunities, creating new product listings, key word optimization and other business development functions.
  • Analyze various eCommerce metrics to detect areas of improvement within existing product portfolio.
  • Monitor eCommerce platform inboxes, providing timely responses to customer messages regarding product and order related inquiries.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years experience in E-Commerce, Business Development, or Marketing related.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
