The Role:

Congo Brands is seeking a Business Systems Specialist to join our team. The Business Systems Specialist is responsible for project managing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) integrations, overseeing the order-to-cash process, and maintaining other critical business systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to ensure seamless operations and support the company's strategic objectives.

This role is on-site at our Louisville, KY headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects related to EDI integrations, ensuring timely and accurate data exchange with trading partners.
• Oversee the order-to-cash process, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for business systems processes and EDI standards.
• Provide training and support to users on new and existing business systems.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business systems and EDI.

Key Skills and Experience Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, and or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in project management and business systems analysis.
• Strong understanding of EDI standards and protocols.
• Experience with order-to-cash processes and related systems.
• Experience supporting a range of ERP business processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
• Experience with specific EDI and order-to-cash software platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management is preferred.
