BIM Coordinator

Hire Resolve is currently recruiting for a talented and experienced BIM Coordinator for our client, a leading architecture and engineering firm based in Lexington, KY. They have other positions available in Virginia Beach and Glen Allen VA and in Huntsville, AL.

• Communicates internally and externally with clients to address problem-solving, data gathering, and related issues, ensuring project delivery aligns with established strategy, standards, and processes.
• Collaborates with Project Managers to compile project documentation for outgoing submittals, engaging with all building and infrastructure disciplines.
• Participates in project-based BIM strategy calls and kick-off meetings, ensuring BIM models comply with internal and client-specific goals and standards.
• Coordinates the implementation of BIM technologies at the project level.
• Assists with clash detection reports and facilitates related meetings with the design team.
• Addresses user inquiries regarding Revit, AutoCAD, and other design-related applications to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field

• Proficient working knowledge of Revit is mandatory. Experience with AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D is advantageous.
• Preferred familiarity with setting up Revit models for interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Capability to troubleshoot and address issues with Autodesk Applications, aiding technical staff as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal skills essential for positive engagement with employees and clients across all hierarchies.
• Familiarity with Bentley BIM/CAD applications, Revizto, Clarity, Laser Scanning, and Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality is beneficial, though not mandatory.
