We are looking for a Technology Coordinator to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. The Technology Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of technology operations. This includes equipment inventory, vendor coordination and communication, vendor contract renewals, technology expense reports, building and maintaining software workflows, tracking of technology training, general building management, and software license tracking.

Essential functions of the role:
Administration/Coordination
- Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related tasks and projects in a timely fashion
- Coordinates and facilitates various Data Center meetings, teambuilding events
- Serves as liaison with technical support staff for ordering office equipment as well as hardware inventory management
- Maintains software and network workflow diagrams by studying processes, and developing reporting procedures
- Assists in preparation of various reports and presentations for the Data Center team
- Documents standard operating procedures for Technology Coordinator role to ensure consistency in processes
- Oversees budget expenses for the Technology department, handles payment of vendor invoices and other costs
- Keeps Data Center facilities in order, purchases office supplies, facilitates recycling and secure destruction of equipment
- Assists with and/or leads Technology projects by identifying and implementing new technology and resources, redesigning systems, and recommending re-deployment of designated resources
- Acts as Document Coordinator by maintaining centralized digital and physical records for Technology departments
- Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management, discovering irregularities, and determining continuing needs
Communication and Execution
- Review Data Center processes for efficiency and effectiveness; updating as needed
- Interacts with Emprise employees, other banks, and vendors to strengthen relationships, build networks and share best practices
- Effectively communicates in a variety of settings, adjusts to fit the audience and message
- Provides timely and helpful information to others across the organization
- Support of internal and external audits and exams for the Information Technology and Bank Operations divisions
- Make recommendations to drive improvements, resolve issues, and implementations of technology solutions
- Assist with reporting requirements and support special projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Word
- Experience with IT Ticketing system
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Process Improvement experience
- Proficiency with large server based applications and typical desktop software
Hours: 40 hours per week
Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
