Receptionist - Emprise Banking Center (257 N Broadway, Wichita, KS)

We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our Emprise Banking Center team in Wichita, KS. This role will be responsible for greeting and being the first point of contact for bank visitors and customers.

A successful candidate will have:

• Sound and accurate judgement to support decision making
• Superb time management skills
• The ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with Emprise associates, customers, vendors, and others within the community

Essential functions of the role:

• Act as first point of contact to all Emprise Banking Center visitors, vendors, associates, and customers
• Administer and monitor visitor badges and logs
• Assist with elevator access to all visitors
• Assist in event logistics for various bank departments
• Assist other departments with projects as needed and time allows
• Work with security as needed
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job

Schedule

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Full Time

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of professional work experience required
• Proficiency with large server based applications and typical desktop software required
