As an Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the office, ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently and align with our Firm standards. The role includes supervising administrative staff, managing office supplies, ensuring workflow continuity, and maintaining a professional work environment. The Office Supervisor will also support executive staff and engage with clients to foster strong business relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily office operations and ensure smooth workflows
  • Manage and mentor office staff, fostering development and team dynamics
  • Coordinate schedules and assignments for team members to optimize productivity
  • Oversee compliance with company policies and maintain a positive work environment
  • Serve as a liaison between senior management and office employees
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and across departments
  • Assist in the development and implementation of office procedures and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred not required.
  • Proven experience in office supervision or management within the accounting industry
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to lead a team and manage conflicts effectively
  • Proficiency in office software and accounting tools
  • Commitment to community involvement and a collaborative work culture
