Med-Surg RNs needed in Wichita KS - New Grads welcome

Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking Med-Surg Registered Nurses (RN) for opportunities in Wichita, KS. We welcome new grads to apply! As a Med-Surg RN, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on the medical-surgical unit. This position offers competitive pay and excellent benefits.

New grads and is offering a $10k sign on or $10k loan forgiveness (with an option to renew) + relocation1 yr exp = $10k sign on
2+ years exp = $15k

$32-42 per hour 

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient's condition throughout their hospital stay
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with healthcare team members
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions and treatments
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Valid and active RN license
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts
