Job Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing ndm clients’ marketing automation platforms and fully leveraging its capabilities:
- Manage email marketing programs across senior living and healthcare clients, including segmentation, testing, deployment, reporting, and continually evaluating email campaigns for improvement. · Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software; troubleshoot integration errors and own the data validation process.
- Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance insights to ndm leadership monthly.
- Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
- Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI.
- Assist the marketing automation team in continuing to build the SMS program, including strategies, development and ongoing reporting.
- Support essential marketing operations initiatives such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.
Pay: $31.00 - $34.00 per hour
Requirements
Required Skills & Abilities:
- 1-3 years of email marketing or marketing automation experience.
- Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (previously Pardot) highly recommend. Familiarity with other CRM and MAPs such as Aline, Hubspot and WelcomeHome recommended.
- Must have superior analytical skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
