Manager of Treasury

The Manager of Treasury will oversee the complete treasury operations for the Company including cash management, debt and cash controls. This role is located in our coporate headquarters in Leawood, KS.

• Oversees Corporate Treasury operations including daily borrowings, corporate cash movements, external payments, foreign exchange trades, quarterly cash sweeps, etc.
• Provides direct oversight of Treasury Operations group
• Maintains and enforces internal controls over cash accounts and related online account access
• Coordinates with external auditors on quarterly and year-end deliverables
• Reviews quarterly schedules required by controller group, internal/external auditors
• Ensures global compliance with all credit agreement covenants including quarterly testing of leverage ratios, basket analysis testing, debt ratio forecasting, required notifications, and event reporting
• Ensures corporate and individual FBAR compliance
• Provides oversight of letters of credit and corporate guarantee issuance
• Works to maintain adherence to Treasury policies and procedures for global treasury operations
• Participates in the planning, research, and negotiation of the Company’s credit facility as well as other debt issuances
• Coordinates with Treasurer to develop and implement global Treasury strategies
• Will assist with the implementation of new global treasury management system
• Works directly with the Treasurer on other specific projects as directed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Advanced degree preferred
• Must have 5+ years’ experience in an accounting, treasury or finance environment
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Excellent communication skills, oral, written and interpersonal
• Experience with personnel management
• Strong analytic skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines
