Full Job Description
Sunlighten’s Logistics Lead will support the Logistics Manager by leading a team of Logistics Coordinators, ensuring high-quality service through coaching and performance monitoring. You'll handle escalated customer issues and collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience. Additionally, you will participate in the hiring and development of new team members. This position plays a vital role in ensuring high quality team communication and fostering a positive work environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of Logistics Coordinators, providing training, and coaching to ensure high-quality service.
- Monitoring team performance and analyzing data to inform service improvements.
- Monitor and resolve customer cases pertaining to shipping concerns or damages by answering phone calls and responding to emails and chats.
- Handling complex customer inquiries, complaints and comments that have been escalated from frontline staff.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Facilitating communication and fostering a positive work environment to maintain high employee morale and motivation.
- Participating in the hiring process for new customer service team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to our warehouse in Kansas City, KS and HQ in Overland Park, KS
- Ability to work Monday-Friday from 8-5- schedule/hours can be adjusted (2-3 days remote flexibility available)
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 2+ year of customer service or logistics experience
Skills/Abilities:
