IT Support Manager

City Wide Franchise is seeking an experienced IT Support Manager to join our fast-paced Technology Support team! As the IT Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the IT support team and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of technical support services to the organization.

This position will be located in our Home Office, located in Lenexa, KS.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing an IT support team.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Experience with IT service management frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
