What You'll Do:

• Maintain and update our client database to ensure data accuracy.
• Enforce procedures that streamline data entry and ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
• Handle accounts receivable duties, including generating statements, reconciling accounts, and resolving billing issues.
• Prepare expense reports and verify documentation to support our financial processes.
• Provide general administrative support to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

We want someone who brings enthusiasm and a people-oriented approach to their work. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with accounts receivable.
• A background in accounting or bookkeeping is highly preferred.
• An associate’s degree, relevant certification, or proven experience in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
