Inside Sales Intern

Euronet Worldwide, Inc., a global leader in electronic payments, is seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Intern to join our team. As an Inside Sales Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced sales professionals and gain valuable insights into the world of inside sales. This is a paid internship that will provide you with hands-on experience in lead generation, prospecting, and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the inside sales team in lead generation activities, including researching potential customers and qualifying leads.
• Support in outbound prospecting efforts by making cold calls and sending email campaigns to potential clients.
• Learn and utilize CRM tools to manage and update customer information efficiently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies for specific markets.
• Track and report on sales activities and outcomes.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
• Contribute to the overall success of the sales team by assisting in various administrative tasks and projects.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in a career in sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
