Embroidery Machine Operator

We are looking for a motivated, experienced, dependable, people person to join our team in production and retail store.

We need an individual that will be a "go getter" and demonstrate initiative and versatility.
To be clear:
We want a person that wants to be here and be a part of our team. We are not looking for a person that just 'needs a job' and will watch the clock. This is a fast paced, deadline driven, multitasking kind of environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Embroidery

• Loading and Hooping orders for the machines (All Barudan Machines)
• Adding stitch files to machines through embroidery software
• Cutting, Trimming and Steaming
• Unboxing and packing

Other

• Counting / sorting apparel
• Entering customer info and notes into software

Requirements

• 1-2 Years experience in textile commercial embroidery
• Be very organized.
• Able to learn new software quickly through training.
• Great attention to detail.
• Reliable and able to work independently or with our team.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment is a must.
• Highly motivated.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Must have high school diploma or GED
• Must pass a background check
