Data Processing Agent

Ultra-Chem Inc. (UCI) is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Processing Agent to join our team. In our fast-paced environment, this position plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data related to our extensive range of specialty chemicals. As a Data Processing Agent, you will be responsible for processing orders, managing inventory data, and supporting our sales team with timely and accurate information. We are seeking an individual who can thrive under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and contribute to our ongoing success through precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and enter data into the company database accurately and efficiently
• Maintain and update inventory records
• Assist in generating reports for management review
• Collaborate with sales and customer service departments to ensure data accuracy
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in data
• Support the implementation of data management best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry or data processing, preferably in a chemical or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in data management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or a related field is a plus
