Customer Service Agent - Seasonal

Naked Wines is looking for some Customer Happiness Team, Seasonal Agents!

***Seasonal Agents are hired to assist us through our busy season, September 2024- January 2025 with the possibility of being offered Full-Time at the end of the seasonal assignment. 
Must live in KS, CA or CO for payroll tax purposes (position is remote anywhere within these 3 states)

Your purpose:

We’re looking for a customer happiness agent who can listen intently to our customers and give them the best customer service possible. Answering their questions, finding lifetime fixes for their problems, and adding value for them throughout the conversation - surprising and delighting them!

To nail your job you will:

• Keep up with a fast-paced contact center
• Maintain 90% or higher 5-star customer ratings
• Help customers through written and verbal communication channels such as email, phone, and live chat
• Be reliable and consistently show up for your shift on time and give it your all
• Love being on the phone and computer most of the day

• Are open to change and to new or evolving processes in a fast-moving environment
• Cringe whenever you witness bad customer service
• Have experience in a call center-like environment
• Already love wine or are interested in learning more about it

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to take phone calls from customers while working remotely
• Previous customer service experience, preferably from a call center-like environment
• Must be eligible on your own to work in the US to qualify. An employer-sponsored work visa is not currently available for this role
• Must be able to work either a Tuesday-Saturday shift or Sunday-Thursday- 8-5 PST on weekends and 9-6 PST on weekdays
• Must live in KS, CA or CO for payroll tax purposes (position is remote anywhere within these 3 states)

• Phone screen with HR
• Video interview with hiring managers

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation: $18.50/hour
• Fully remote position, we provide all the equipment
