Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project status, challenges, and resolution strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management role.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and construction tools.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
