Type: Part-Time / As-Needed
Overview: We are a Kansas City-based Managed Service Provider seeking local IT support technicians in Topeka, Emporia, and Lawrence for occasional, as-needed work in the event something cannot be handled remotely (Hardware changeouts, Re-establishing internet communications, etc.) Rate is $50/hr
Responsibilities:
- On-site technical support and troubleshooting
- Hardware and software installations and upgrades
- Network setup and maintenance
- Break/Fix Replacing Hardware
- Responding promptly to service requests
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience in IT support
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to travel locally
- Relevant certifications are a plus
