CFO, Fractional

Core Catalysts, LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team in a fractional capacity. As a fractional CFO, you will provide strategic financial guidance and expertise to our clients on a part-time basis, helping them drive growth and achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for our clients
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize company performance and profitability
• Provide analysis and recommendations on financial opportunities and risks
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability
• Collaborate with executive teams to align financial objectives with overall business goals
• Support mergers and acquisitions activities, including due diligence and integration
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in finance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive
• CPA or MBA in Finance preferred
• Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis
• Experience in strategic financial management and growth initiatives
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Experience in a fractional or consulting role is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
