Summary
Collaborating with the Human Resources team, company leaders, and department managers, the Candidate Experience Specialist will focus on posting positions and engaging quality candidates across our growing company. Strong interpersonal skills, commitment to confidentiality, high self-awareness, and the ability to organize and manage time effectively are crucial to this role. Someone who enjoys guiding and helping candidates in their hiring journey and ensuring all tasks are accomplished in a timely manner will thrive in this position. The ideal candidate will own the candidate pipeline process from posting jobs to interviewing, and is someone who wants to grow professionally in knowledge and skill.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting: Work with candidates to determine the right fit, which often includes phone screening, conducting skills assessments, tracking employment applications, and scheduling and completing interviews.
- Orientation: Walk alongside candidate through the onboarding process and communicate new hire information to relevant parties.
- Process Development & Enhancement: Assess and articulate processes to improve internal workflows and enhance the candidate experience.
- Reporting: Monitor and share hiring statistics.
- Employee & Team Development: Coordinate and lead interview teams and ensure a quality process is followed.
- Collaboration: Work with multiple departments and teams to generate new ideas for enhanced hiring processes.
- Events: Assist the HR team in planning and implementing company events.
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Business education or experience
- Exposure to Human Resources is helpful but not required
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools
