Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet their strategic objectives
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to expand our client base
  • Collaborate with the consulting team to develop proposals, project plans, and pricing strategies
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and establish strong industry connections
  • Keep abreast of market dynamics, industry best practices, and competitive offerings to stay ahead in the market

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development within the management consulting industry
  • In-depth knowledge of business development principles, strategies, and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex business challenges
  • Result-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering tangible results
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools
