Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the assessment center, ensuring compliance with PSI policies and procedures.
- Manage scheduling and coordination of testing sessions, optimizing resource allocation and staff assignments.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate assessment center staff to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
- Monitor test administration processes to ensure security, integrity, and quality of assessments.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by test-takers promptly and professionally.
- Compile and analyze data related to testing outcomes and center operations for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance facility operations and resolve any logistical challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in management, psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a testing or assessment environment.
- Strong knowledge of testing procedures, security protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and report generation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
