Senior Process Engineer

Global Life Science Hub is recruiting on behalf of a leading global CDMO. This organization specializes in providing comprehensive development and manufacturing services, with a significant international presence.

As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in optimizing manufacturing processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and drive process improvements, contributing to the production of high-quality pharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide process improvement and technical troubleshooting support.
• Identify, select, and procure automated equipment.
• Collaborate with global suppliers, product management, and operations.
• Optimize equipment and facilities for productivity.
• Participate in multidisciplinary project teams.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives related to production.
• Establish standards and guidelines for product transfers.
• Ensure successful technical transfer of products into commercial production, adhering to GMP.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or packaging engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in automated systems (preferably in a manufacturing environment or other regulated industry).
• Strong understanding of GMP regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
