This role involves fieldwork, including tasks like climbing roofs, handling ladders, traveling to various locations, door knocking, and exposure to diverse weather conditions.

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the residential sales team, guiding them to accomplish weekly, monthly, and year-end sales targets. While the Sales Manager's primary goals are revenue-driven, day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring and training the salesforce, equipping them with the necessary tools for success. We seek an individual who will work collaboratively with the team, leading by example and defining success.

IMPORTANT: This is not an office-based position; activities such as door knocking, adjuster meetings, inspections, and closing sales are expected. The Sales Manager is accountable for daily meetings with the sales team, monitoring crucial sales metrics, including preset leads closed, leads generated, adjuster meetings and submitted claims, and analyzing KPIs.

As a Storm Restoration Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure that the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met. You will achieve this by drafting, training, coaching, and leading a team of sales representatives who help property owners after severe As a Storm Restoration Sales Manager, your primary role is to ensure the attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This involves formulating, training, coaching, and leading a team of sales representatives dedicated to assisting property owners in the aftermath of severe weather events. Taking the lead, you'll conduct roof inspections, engage with clients, canvass neighborhoods, and proactively generate leads through door-to-door outreach. Crafting agendas and conducting motivational meetings will be part of your routine to continually inspire the 1099 field sales team. Swiftly assessing team members, you'll strategically assemble the best starting lineup, implementing measures to enhance team revenue and individual performance through competitive assessments, product training, and sales coaching. You'll embody a service-oriented approach by surpassing client needs and creating opportunities for the sales team to achieve income goals.

Establishing individual sales quotas and monitoring performance against expectations will be within your purview. You'll design and implement targeted sales strategies, following established company processes for complex tasks. Exercising full authority over personnel decisions, you'll lead and direct the work of other employees, actively driving lead generation and/or qualification standards. Playing an active role in recruiting new team members, you'll be deeply invested in their success.

With a 70% travel requirement for fieldwork, you should possess comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles. Typically, this position requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in executing sales, teaching and training sales teams, driving lead generation, and fostering teamwork is essential. Management skills, coupled with strong oral and written communication, collaborative relationship-building, customer service, lead generation, and interpersonal skills, including motivational leadership, are vital attributes.

Please be aware that the Company will conduct a Motor Vehicle Report check upon hire and regularly monitor the driving record. Additional job duties may be assigned as needed.
