Location: This position offers a hybrid work model, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, and on-site at our office in West Des Moines, IA on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. What you'd be doing:

You will play a vital role in leading client's marketing initiatives; making them more equipped to drive growth, enhance their market presence, and achieve their marketing goals effectively. You will specialize in extending each client's marketing campaign reach by offering comprehensive solutions that encompass campaign execution, lead strategy, lead management, and in-depth reports and insights. You will help clients navigate the complex world of marketing operations, ensuring their strategies are finely tuned and optimized for maximum impact.

Specific responsibilities include:

    • Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into actionable campaigns across email marketing, social media, SEO, and other various channels.
    • Manage the execution of successful digital marketing strategies through online channels that help attract, convert and nurture new prospects.
    • Assist clients with campaign planning, content, development, design, landing pages, web forms, reporting and any other marketing operational needs.
    • Manage ad-groups and ad experiments to find the top performing digital tactics (based on conversions). 
    • Manage campaigns and customer journeys that span and track sales and marketing touchpoints to engage customers throughout their lifecycle. 
    • Working knowledge of marketing technology tools to guide in the development and execution of marketing campaigns including campaign content, flow builds, emails, landing pages, forms creation as well as testing and reporting.
    • Understanding the client’s channel management strategy and tech stack (big picture) while making recommendations on how to best utilize the technology, people and processes. 
    • Work alongside Client’s CRM team to ensure marketing and sales data are synced and correctly mapped between systems.
    • Direct collaboration with clients virtually for workshops, training sessions and campaign strategy sessions. 
    • Create detailed road maps and project plans to work within the overall scope of the project. 
    • Work with a project team to gather business and technical requirements. 
    • Research and development of applications to support client projects.
    • Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
    • Provide Marketo support and coaching to clients.
    • Work closely with Project Managers & Technical Leads to ensure successful campaigns. 
    • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

The ideal candidate that we are looking for will possess the following characteristics:

      • A BA/BS in Business/Marketing related fields or equivalent working experience.
      • 3 - 5 years of digital marketing experience.
      • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, CMS (WordPress), SEO, PPC (Google Adwords/Display), content marketing, Organic and Paid social media marketing (Facebook/LinkedIn/Twitter), website conversion optimization and marketing analytics
      • Experience with email and marketing automation (Marketo) preferred.
      • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) preferred.
      • You are both highly analytical and creative.
      • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
      • A strong desire to learn and passion for marketing campaigns and execution.
      • Ability to analyze current practices and make recommendations to drive campaign improvement including content, strategy, deliverability, open rates, click-to-open rates, conversion rates, unsubscribe rates and more.
      • Well-versed in personalization tooling of the applications we support to make recommendations around the use of dynamic content, tokens, segmentations and A/B testing.
      • Must be an action and detail oriented leader who deploys exceptional project management skills.
      • Strong ability to work well with others and work in cross functional teams.
      • Advanced presentation skills and comfortable working with senior leaders. 
      • Attention to detail in everything that you do.
      • Accustomed to working in fast-changing or evolving environments.
      • Ambition to understand the company's business including vendor relationships, company divisions, and how to best support them.
