Job Information:
- Position: Full-Time
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Responsibilities:
- Lead therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families.
- Assess and understand clients’ needs and goals.
- Tailor treatment approaches to each client’s unique journey.
- Collaborate with team members to offer comprehensive care.
- Document progress and maintain accurate case notes.
Salary: $90k - $110k annually, with full benefits
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- Active LMFT license in Iowa.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A commitment to continuous learning and ethical practice.
