Job Information:

• Position: Full-Time
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Lead therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families.
• Assess and understand clients’ needs and goals.
• Tailor treatment approaches to each client’s unique journey.
• Collaborate with team members to offer comprehensive care.
• Document progress and maintain accurate case notes.

Salary: $90k - $110k annually, with full benefits

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active LMFT license in Iowa.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A commitment to continuous learning and ethical practice.
