• Recruit and retain qualified hematology and oncology physicians and staff

Qualifications:

• Board-certified in hematology and oncology
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hematology and oncology
• Experience in leadership and administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
