Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's blockchain strategy, including identification and evaluation of blockchain opportunities.
  • Lead the exploration and research of blockchain technologies and trends.
  • Identify and prioritize use cases for blockchain implementation across various business units.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement blockchain solutions.
  • Assess and manage risk associated with blockchain initiatives.
  • Build and manage relationships with industry partners, blockchain startups, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about regulatory and legal considerations related to blockchain implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing blockchain strategies and initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, including protocols, smart contracts, and consensus mechanisms.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and evaluate blockchain use cases.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align blockchain initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring teams.
