JOB TITLE (#2848): Dentist - Fort Dodge, IA

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a Dentist to fill an opening with a Community Health Center located in Fort Dodge, Iowa

Schedule of the Dentist:

• This is a Full-time position
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities of the Dentist:

• Provides dental care including, but not limited to:
• Performs quality clinical and radiographic evaluations to diagnose and treat diseases of the oral cavity.
• Promotes oral health by providing educational information on all phases of preventive and restorative dentistry and oral hygiene.
• Reviews and follows all dental clinic protocols, policies, and procedures Documents and follows treatment plans that include appropriate preventive and restorative therapy.
• Manage medical/dental history with a comprehensive evaluation of the patient's general health.
• Address all contraindications pertaining to treatment and identify the patient's chief complaint or reason for the visit.
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Must have graduated from an accredited high school or equivalent plus licensed to practice as a dentist in the State of Iowa DDS or DMD (a degree in dentistry)
• Must be licensed to practice in the State of Iowa
• Must have current CPR (BLS) certifications.
• Must have basic computer and data entry skills

Benefits

• The salary for this position is $160,000 - $200,000 / yr
