Data Analyst, SARA Plus

Description

This high visibility role will work closely with the Development and Product Support teams, and our business partners directly to execute the daily and weekly tasks that support each area of responsibility, as well as provide customer service and ad hoc data requests.

This is a work-from-home position that will report to our West Des Moines, Iowa office.

Responsibilities

• Building reports for partner consumption
• ETL processing for data consumption
• Integrating new analytics platforms
• Building and distributing roll-up reports for SARA Plus programs
• Performing routine validation checks to ensure accuracy
• Working with development and other team members to consistently execute and improve processes

Requirements

• BA/BS with 2+ years of experience in IT/analytics or relevant work experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel with 1+ years of experience working with large data sets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate and influence effectively across various departments
• A drive to understand the core issues and determination to uncover the solution
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized
• Experience with MS SQL, MS SQL Reporting Services, Domo, and other analytics platforms, a plus
• Knowledge/experience of the telecom industry a plus
