What You'll Do:

• Take charge of field operations, ensuring projects run smoothly and are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate activities, manage resources, and lead a talented team of concrete professionals.
• Your expertise will help maintain the highest quality standards while advocating for safety-first practices on-site.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their vision is realized and that their expectations are exceeded.
• Foster a supportive environment for your team, driving employee development and team success.
• Be hands-on! Provide field support and lead by example while keeping morale high.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel within the US for 70%+ of your work to support various teams and project sites.
• Reside near Cedar Rapids, IA, or have the flexibility to relocate.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Bring at least 5 years of construction management experience to the table.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Possess excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills that inspire and motivate others.
• Be organized and adept at managing multiple projects.
• As a drug and alcohol-free workplace, successful candidates will undergo a drug screening.
