C & B Material Handling, LLC (part of the C & B Equipment family), a leader and supplier of choice in material handling equipment, automation solutions, and industrial equipment rental, is seeking a Branch Manager for our location in Bettendorf, Iowa. This role is pivotal in overseeing operations, driving sales, and ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Essential Duties:
- Lead the development and execution of a strategic business plan that aligns with our core values and mission.
- Manage and develop a high-performance team, ensuring effective recruitment, training, and evaluation.
- Oversee resource allocation and management, including personnel, facilities, and finances.
- Coordinate management activities, ensuring clear communication and regular team meetings.
- Exercise decisive leadership to implement the business plan and achieve organizational objectives.
- Uphold and enhance our reputation within the community, contributing to a positive company image.
- Actively participate in sales alongside the team to meet and exceed targets.
Requirements
- Three to five years management experience in the industrial service industry preferably in heavy equipment.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
- A clean driving record and the ability to drive company vehicles.
- Physical capability to perform job functions, including but not limited to lifting, carrying, and reaching.
