Accounts Payable Specialist

This in-office position will report to our Urbandale, Iowa office location.
Schedule Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm

Requirements

Essential Functions:

Responsibilities include all aspects of accounts payable along with other areas of accounting in a
backup capacity.

• Accounts payable
• Trade Payables
• Non-trade Payables
• Dealer Pay files
• ERP system data integrations
• General ledger account reconciliations
• Monthly and year-end closing assistance
• External and internal audit assistance
• Other various projects as assigned

Position Qualifications & Experience:

• College-level accounting courses would be helpful
• 2 years of accounts payable experience preferred
• Strong professionalism with a proven track record of attention to detail
  

Computer Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• ERP accounting systems (Dynamics GP experience a plus).
