Warehouse Associate

Full-time/ Part-time: Full Time (estimated 32 hours per week)

Description:

We are looking to hire a Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. Warehouse Associates play a vital role in supporting warehouse and inventory operations to ensure the success of multiple teams across the business. This role is responsible for maintaining an organized warehouse, handling parts and equipment, assisting with vehicle maintenance, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment. 

Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting inventory pulls and cycle counts, stocking shelves, and submitting parts requests for order.
• Performing general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, emptying trash, and organizing storage areas. The primary areas of responsibility include the warehouse, inventory cage, and parking lot.
• Receive shipments and ensure their proper distribution.
• Assist with minor vehicle maintenance.

Requirements

• Experience with inventory management. Familiarity with bike or scooter parts preferred.
• Possess a valid and active driver's license.
• The flexibility to work at each of Shift’s warehouse locations.
• The ability to perform assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Starting schedule: Sunday - Wednesday 7am to 3pm
• Reliable access to transportation to and from work. 
• The ability to lift 75 lbs.
• The ability to bend, stoop, and stand for long periods.
